Attorney Robert Botnick was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, where he attended Orange High School in Pepper Pike. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Miami University and returned to Cleveland to earn his law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University.
Following his admission to the Ohio Bar in 2004, Mr. Botnick served as a Cuyahoga County prosecutor for seven years handling serious felony cases, including murder, rape, arson, drug trafficking, computer crimes, and theft-related offenses, among numerous other crimes.
Mr. Botnick has tried over 60 felony trials in his career, including many that received special attention from local and national media outlets. In 2012, Mr. Botnick was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court, Northern District of Ohio.
Mr. Botnick is currently representing clients on federal, felony and misdemeanor state charges, OVI and traffic offenses, as well as delinquency matters in juvenile court.
Mr. Botnick is married to his former law school classmate and fellow attorney, Abby, and they have two children together. He is an avid technology enthusiast, coaches little league baseball, enjoys rock and jazz, and spending time with his family.
Patrick Sennish, a native of Sandusky, Ohio, brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to criminal defense to our firm. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree, Patrick pursued his legal education at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor in 2018.
During law school, Patrick’s dedication to justice was evident through his involvement with the Cuyahoga County Bail Reform Task Force and his externship in the Capital Habeas Unit at the Office of the Federal Public Defender for the Northern District of Ohio. These experiences deepened his understanding of the criminal justice system and fueled his passion for defending the rights of individuals.
Since being admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2018, Patrick has focused almost exclusively on criminal defense. He has successfully defended clients charged with both felonies and misdemeanors in state and municipal courts, and he has represented convicted individuals at the appellate level. His expertise and commitment to his clients make him a valuable asset to our team.
Patrick joined our firm in 2023, bringing his extensive experience and a client-centered approach to every case he handles. He is dedicated to ensuring that his clients receive fair treatment and the best possible outcomes.
Patrick lives on the east side of Cleveland with his fiancé, Alexis, and their son, Ezra. Outside of work, he enjoys playing and listening to music, as well as spending quality time with his family on Kelleys Island. Patrick’s dedication to his family and his community reflects his deep-rooted values and commitment to helping others.
Brittany Aldrich, born and raised in Northeast Ohio, is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for her clients. Growing up in Twinsburg, Ohio, and attending Twinsburg High School, Brittany’s passion for helping others was evident from a young age. She always felt a calling to defend and support those in need, which naturally led her to pursue a career in law.
Brittany earned both her Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Akron. Her academic journey prepared her to make a meaningful impact in the legal field, and she was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2024. During her studies, Brittany gained valuable experience through internships in Family Law and as a paralegal in Collections Law. These roles exposed her to the emotional and financial challenges people face, and she became committed to helping her clients navigate these difficult situations with empathy and expertise.
Brittany’s practice focuses on providing compassionate and effective legal representation. She is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive the best possible outcomes, whether dealing with family disputes or financial issues. Outside of her legal career, Brittany is an avid baseball fan and music enthusiast. She enjoys attending Cleveland Guardians games and exploring the live music scene. In her leisure time, she also loves reading, crocheting, and spending quality time with family and friends.
